1. 24-Hour Portal Access: New schools receive temporary access. The school must activate a valid package within 24 hours to avoid access restriction.

2. Subscription Payment: Subscription payment is separate from Student ID Card Automation fees.

3. Student ID Card Automation: ID Card Automation is compulsory for all packages and is charged separately at the current configured rate per student.

4. 14-Day ID Automation Rule: Once student records are uploaded, schools must complete ID automation payment within the allowed period to avoid ID-related portal restriction, unless PAYSLASHES staff grants an operational override.

5. Upgrade Credit: If a school upgrades within the allowed credit window, eligible previous subscription payment may be deducted from the selected upgrade package.

6. Data Accuracy: The school is responsible for correct student records, photos, signatures, and school branding uploaded into the system.

7. Support: Schools can contact PAYSLASHES support by call, Direct Message, or support ticket for valid operational issues.
